Studierendenwohnheim des Karlsruher Instituts für Technologie (KIT) e.V.

The Studierendenwohnheim e.V. is a private bearer in Karlsruhe. The students residents of the Studierendenwohnheim e.V. are the HaDiKo with approximately 1102 rooms including the newly built Schroff-Kolleg, the Insterburg with approximatelly 144 rooms and the Hans-Freudenberg-Kolleg (HFK) with 100 rooms as well as the Kolleg am Ring with 34 rooms. This means that the Studierendenwohnheim e.V. is the second largest bearer of student residents behind the Studierendenwerk of the University of Karlsruhe, as well as the largest privately financed provider of student residencies in Germany.
